My name is Garrett McLaughlin and I'm a healthcare licensed athletic trainer and running coach in Portage, Michigan. I work with active and injured individuals to help them move better, run faster, and live a healthy & pain-free lifestyle. This includes those suffering from pain, injury, and poor mobility.
