Join us for a dynamic group exercise class that integrates mobility, strengthening, agility, and cardiovascular training, alongside proven injury prevention strategies. Experience a supportive and fast-paced environment to help you elevate your performance and overall fitness level to see better results on the pickleball court. This class is targeted for experienced pickleball players not currently suffering from injury who want to create a better foundation for on-court play, but anyone is welcome.
