Get ready for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community connection! National Senior Health & Fitness Day is a great opportunity for older adults to prioritize their well-being and engage in activities that promote physical activity and healthy living. This event showcases the work of local organizations dedicated to improving the health and vitality of seniors in their communities. From low-impact exercises to health screenings, information workshops and lectures, and a social event to wrap up the day, we’ve got something for everyone. His specialties include, functional movement, biomechanics in running & fitness, and golf.

Garrett Mclaughlin is a Licensed Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, & Running Coach. He works with runners and the general population by taking a function-based approach to improve health, performance, and longevity. This includes running & biomechanical analysis, strength training & injury prevention, and soft-tissue manual therapy.
